Our ghost site-hunting researchers recently retrieved an old Web page which we believe may be the most outdated entry on the whole Internet. Residing on German servers, this ghost site, a simple list of journals, has gone ten long years without being freshened.

Needless to say, the informational value of the posted links hasn't exactly been enhanced by the passage of 10 years. Unlike casks of wine, Web pages left undisturbed for this long have a tendency to fester, not mellow.
