Sadly, I can't in its current incarnation. I'm being told I'm without permission to access them as well. Since I'm the one who phantomed this one and am extremely curious to see what's going to happen with them, this is doubly maddening. I'm using the most recent link under "Recent Changes", "Draft 2", if it helps. One of the older ones did let me through, and for some reason it is the earliest one that says you're dibbing. The one a minute later that also says you're dibbing is just the dib. That seems rather odd, if you ask me. --Dfaran L'Eniarc 01:30, 10 Jun 2005 (EDT)
