I discovered in my reasearch that there was both a Speedish Chef and a Speedish Chefs phanto. I am choosing Speedish Chefs (with an s) as the preferred entry and have asked that the Speedish Chef entry be deleted. I have edited all the Speedish Chef links to be consistent with this. --Dr. H.
