''The first death fails one of the initial ground rules for the Film Death and Sleaze Index: all deaths must be final. If the deceased is seen later in the film reanimated as zombie, as this victim is, their death wasn't permanent and, thus, isn't indexable.''

''As much as I love action movies, they tend to be annoying to index for death and sleaze. There's usually very little sleaze, if any at all, and the deaths are bullet after bullet after bullet, oftentimes with innumerable foes spread around, extras coming back to die a second and third time, and the only indication of a mortal wound the fake jerk of an "I've been hit!". The Wrecking Crew is no different, and the pre-credit sequence establishes the expectations for the rest of the film.''
