A testy fellow who sometimes doesn't know what he wants to say, but always manages to say 'something' even if it wasn't his intention to say anything at the time. He tends to study illnesses and strange phenomena of that nature. In his premiere work, Fantastic Illnesses and Their Unfantastic Causes: A Study of Illnesses of the World and Their Causes, he showed that illnesses are not (usually) caused for no reason, but there is a 'cause and effect' mechanism in place for such things.

In real-life, Trousle Undrhil is known as Ken Livingston. He lives in a tree and makes monkey sounds. OK, so that's not *really* real-life, but it's close enough for me. :-D
