[13:33:54]<thecoolone19>EclipseGc: cd -> mp3 -> cd will have degradation if you go from ~1200kbps CD Audio to 128kbps MP3 audio and then try to convert it back to CD. But if you use CD -> FLAC -> CD the quality remains the same
